Crystal Cramer

Who is Crystal:
Crystal is the Agent Assist/Receptionist in our Carman office. She started working for the Continental Travel Group office in 2015, after staying at home with her children Logan and Zoe for 10 years.  She chose to work in the industry because she  just loves the world of travel and wants to learn as much as she possibly can. Every day she comes in to work it fascinates her where people are going, which has resulted in a huge bucket list of all the places that she would love to go and experience! Her hobbies include spending time at the cottage with friends and family, skiing, fishing and boating. She also curls in a ladies league all winter, loves to go for long walks and watching her two children play hockey.

What are Crystal’s TOP 5 travel experiences:

  • the adventure that my husband Brad and I took with our 2 children this summer to Churchill to see the Polar Bears and Beluga Whales

Top 10 Tips for Keeping Valuables Safe When Travelling

When you travel do you take lots of jewellery and other valuables with you?  How do you keep your valuables safe when you’re travelling?  Every hotel tells you to not leave valuables in plain sight in your room and to use the room safe.  But what if the safe isn’t safe?  You can always use the hotel’s safe, which is usually secured inside an office behind the front desk.  Ensure you get a receipt for the items you deposited.  Most hotels are liable for items that go missing from their safe, but not for items in a room safe.
