Our Iceland and Faroe Island Trip has been a Bucket List Trip of ours and we soon realized the complexities of coordinating travel, lodging, side excursions and were extremely lucky to find Allison and The Great Canadian Travel Group. We had numerous calls and emails with Allison to create this trip just the way we wanted and Allisons advice and suggestions were excellent. We feel we could not have done this on our own due to coordination and lack of connections.
The entire trip worked out perfectly. All vouchers were honoured without problems. All accommodations were as described and our custom excursions, horseback riding and hiking, were exceptional.
Many times during our trip we talked about what a great job Allison did for us and how we will use The Great Canadian Travel Group again. This is our type of travel group. We like unique and custom travel and loved the “no problem” experience. It was also comforting to have local contacts provided should we need help, but fortunately we did not.
