We collect the information you give us when you request a quote, subscribe to our newsletter, or book travel — typically your name, contact details, travel preferences, and the traveller details required by airlines, tour operators and insurers.

We use your information to plan and book your travel, to respond to your enquiries, and — where you have asked us to — to send travel news and promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.

To complete a booking we must share traveller details with the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and insurers involved in your trip. Some of these suppliers operate outside Canada and are subject to the laws of their own country.

You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Contact our Winnipeg head office to make a request.
