Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposit amounts, payment schedules and final payment dates vary by supplier and are confirmed in writing with your booking. A booking is only held once the deposit has been received.

Change and cancellation charges are set by the airline, cruise line or tour operator carrying you, and may be up to the full cost of the trip. Your advisor will set out the applicable terms before you pay.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including medical, cancellation and interruption coverage. Your advisor can arrange coverage through our licensed partners.

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required entry documentation. We will advise on requirements, but final responsibility rests with the traveller.
