African Safari in Tanzania, Botswana, Namibia and South Africa
My partner and I travelled to Africa for 6 weeks with the help of Great Canadian Travel and particularly Arnie Hydamaka. This man customized a tour for us that was beyond our wildest African dreams!
We gave Arnie a list of places and dreams that we had, and he proceeded with the arrangements to make them come true. Easily and effortlessly we travelled through Tanzania, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and the southern portion of South Africa.
From staying in the most luxurious safari camps, to visiting Maasai villages, schools and orphanages, we were always guaranteed a personal and in-depth experience. We saw and photographed the Big 5, (and so much more), got soaking wet in the thunderous spray of Victoria Falls, exerted ourselves climbing the highest sand dunes in Namibia, enjoyed visiting townships and wineries in South Africa, and shed a tear on Robbin Island learning about Mr. Mandela’s time spent there.
The fascinating wildlife, the scenic landscapes, the beautiful people we met along the way, and the delicious food (oh yeah, let’s not forget the South African wines!) are memories that will last forever.
